This unit works great! Easy setup and the app is very intuitive. Had it up and running in 15 minutes. It comes with all accessories needed to connect direct to hvac system or simply use as free standing. Looking forward to saving money and no longer replacing plug in scents all over the house. Plan to purchase another diffuser soon for upstairs.

I purchased this to scent my home through hvac. Shipping to me was not bad, when the machine arrived it looked nice and sturdy. The machine on/off switch did not work at all the machine would not power off. Next the wifi connection to the machine did not work at all. Then the buttons barely worked lastly on the product page it says free return shipping within 90 however they claimed they had a logistics issue and i have to pay to return it and they will decide if they will reimburse me. I really wanted this machine to work. Oh and i purchased 2 machines and they both had the exact same problems word for word. I tried to upload videos but it would not work

Does not work. Turns on but no mist at all. No scent being emitted. Missing a screw on back. Looks used or possibly returned.

Product arrived in time buuuttt...
I dont know if i was not lucky or the product was damaged.
The product looks amazing but doesn't work : connecting to bluetooth or wi-fi failed over 20 times, buttons on/off were not functioning. The oil pipe was falling out and obviously it didn't suction oil.
The best part was that i did not have any issue to return.
