The product is exactly as in the photo. The package arrived quickly, in 2 weeks. It turned out to be 21 bucks. For this money, I liked the quality. Bought for communication in Zoom. It fulfills its functions.

Very good quality. The camera performs well in low light, so if your light is not optimal, the 1080p one is better than a 4k one. Be careful that the cable does not come out of the camera.

The webcam's quality is very decent, far better than the stock one on my victus. I'm just very dissatisfied with its build quality, and though this should be expected since it's cheap, i didn't think it'd be this extreme. It garnered quite a lot of scratches just from a mild or light pressure cleaning. It's difficult for me to recommend the webcam solely based on this, but if you value functionality more than cosmetic defects, then i guess it's a worthy purchase; Otherwise, if you care more about durability, then spend more on something with better materials.
