However, you can make the cool feeling last longer by doing it the right way. You can use your cooling pillow with an air conditioner or fan for a better sleeping experience. NOTE: Putting a fabric pillow case on it would eliminate coolness. But you still need it for protection, you should consider a satin or silk pillow case.
