The quality of the material of these bands is terrible. The resistance it claims to offer is not correct as they cannot stretch well.
I come from other similar bands that work perfectly, I acquired these to add more resistance to more demanding exercises and it has been an absolute waste of money.

The resistance bands is not very elastic at all and you can hardly do a full stretch. Zero travel length compared to my old resistance band which these "heavier ones" were supposed to replace. Now i have to go back to my old ones and look for new ones again, such a waste of time and money!
Verdict: these resistance band are of very poor quality!
