My kettle was leaking, so i had to repair it, and seller issued a refund withiout any problem. The packaging was great. And it has the instructions in english!

It matches the image, only the menus are in Chinese and an English translation comes on a separate piece of paper. It heats up very quickly and reaches temperature without problems. At the moment I have only done the disinfection. I upload photos after boiling for 10 minutes.
