The shelf is solid, the packaging is good, it arrived relatively quickly. The only issue is that I chose delivery to the pickup point (express), but the seller changed the delivery method himself, and I had to check the tracking numbers with him (I ordered it together with markers from Honolulu). Everything is great, I recommend it.

It arrived very quickly, intact except for a small scratch, but it didn't make much difference to me. It came very well packaged, with all corners protected! It's beautiful and smells like new wood :D

Placed two orders, both were not delivered. One tracking nr stated 'delivered' (nothing received, also tracking and dhl didn't know my address) and the other went to a wrong country all together. I am quite certain they give you the tracking number of someone else when they, for whatever reason, cannot ship your order soon enough. Store takes a long time to respond (barely any response), no apology, nothing. Only positive i can think of is that i got a full refund. But no xmas present for the wife, that's a shame.. Thought ohuhu was a good brand, but it almost feels like a scam.
