Keycaps came in one single bag with a keycap remover and it was a bit difficult to find some keycaps, and some were a bit damaged underneath, otherwise, keycaps feel nice and look good

It was delivered in a zipper bag all at once, but there were some minor scratches which are a bit disappointing.
