Had a problem with the keyboard, it did not work. Contacted aula support and it was quickly confirmed the keyboard was not working. Got it replaced and all is well. My contact with aula support was positive. Glad i bought it here on aliexspress.
Satisfied customer. The keyboard is awesome. My aula f75 sounds a bit better, but this keyboard is more complete.
